We offer free shipping on orders over $95 within the continental U.S. We ship USPS for standard shipping and UPS for overnight rush deliveries. National shipping rates are calculated by USPS & UPS based on package weight and zip code. We do not require signatures upon receipt. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We will always email or SMS you an order confirmation with tracking information. All online orders must be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
Most orders are processed within 1-4 business days of your purchase date. This fluctuation is due to varying order volumes and ingredient availability at different times of the year; we are making fresh chocolate everyday and shipping directly to you! If you have specific shipping or delivery requests, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll do our best to accommodate.
COOLING IN THE WARMER MONTHS
Chocolate is precious cargo, especially in the warmer sun-filled months which can melt our Biodynamic treats during transit. We take every precaution to ensure your order arrives fresh and cool. When temperatures rise above 70ºF in a given region, we will automatically ship with eco-safe “no sweat” cooling packs inside recycled insulation. While these packs are small in size, they do contribute to shipping costs by adding a few ounces to your order. Please take care to track your package and ship to an address where someone is available to receive it.
To insure that delicate meltable chocolates don’t sit in hot post offices over the weekend, we ship most orders Monday-Wednesday. West coast local-residential orders may be shipped on Thursdays, or may be held until the following Monday. Orders received Wednesday after 1pm PST may not ship until the following Monday due to processing time and weekend consideration. Orders placed after 10:30am PST on Fridays and over the weekend will be processed 1-4 business days from the following Monday. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

We are committed to Conscious Commerce throughout every nook & cranny of our company. In our commitment, we choose to pay a little more to use the most earth friendly shipping materials we can find.

FULL MOON CHOCOLATE CLUB
Subscribing & Shipping
The Subscription cut-off for the Moon Club is the Sunday two weeks before the next full moon.
If you subscribe to the Moon Club after the cut off date, you will receive the following Moon Box, not the next Moon Box (ie February, rather than January). Given the fluctuations of the full moon throughout the year, we bill on the first of the month for all subscriptions. When you subscribe, your first payment will go towards you first Moon Box, whether that is the next full moon or the following full moon. Please direct all questions to email@example.com.
“Moon Clubs” ship on the Monday-Wednesday a full week before the full moon to ensure arrival by the full moon for all subscribers. For example, if the full moon falls on a Thursday, the Moon Club will ship the previous week, not the preceding three days.
A shipping confirmation will be sent to the email address associated with your account. Please take care to track your package so you can collect promptly when delivered. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe a package was mis-delivered, please contact us and we will help however we can, including filing claims with USPS.
